At the trailhead for Slieve Bloom Mountain Biking Trails and the Slieve Bloom Way, we are the perfect location for outdoor enthusiasts.

Easily accessible, Kinnitty is just 90 minutes from Dublin and Shannon airports, Galway, Rock of Cashel, and Kilkenny, and 2 hours from Cork, Waterford, and Sligo. Many of Ireland’s top attractions are within easy reach.

From Dublin Airport:
- 1. Follow signs for the M50 South towards the city centre.
- 2. Exit at Junction 7 for Galway (N4/M6).
- 3. Keep left on M6 towards Galway.
- 4. Exit at Junction 5 for N52 (Kilbeggan/Tullamore).
- 5. Follow N52 through Tullamore, then take the R421 to Kinnitty.
- 6. At the T-junction, turn right, continue through Cadamstown, and into Kinnitty.
- 7. Ardmore Country House B&B is on the right as you enter the village.
From Shannon Airport:
- 1. Follow signs for the M50 South towards the city centre.
- 2. Exit at Junction 7 for Galway (N4/M6).
- 3. Keep left on M6 towards Galway.
- 4. Exit at Junction 5 for N52 (Kilbeggan/Tullamore).
- 5. Follow N52 through Tullamore, then take the R421 to Kinnitty.
